Description
Ishida's x-ray inspection systems can be used to inspect foodstuffs, among other things. For example, the IX-GA-2475-DF is able to detect foreign objects such as metal, glass, stone, hard rubber and many types of plastic. The detection performance depends on the temperature, salt and water content.
Detection systems use a special image enhancement algorithm. This algorithm can be configured by any operator for greater sensitivity to known, common foreign bodies.
