Description

The tumbler is designed for vacuum plasticization of various types of meat during pickling in the production of meat and smoked meats. Karpowicz is a 2000 l tumbler, it will be used in medium and large meat industry plants. The tumbler is controlled by a control panel with a built-in microprocessor. The manufacturer has built the machine of stainless steel and acid-resistant elements, ensuring the highest degree of hygiene.

Functions: autostart, rotation of the massage drum, working time, break time, total massage time, the amount of vacuum for individual massage phases.

Operation: The meat to be pickled and massaged is loaded into the tank along with the pickling mixture. After the air is pumped out of the tank and the parameters of the technological process are programmed, the massaging process takes place. After massaging, the meat falls out of the container by gravity into the container.
