Description

By means of gentile separation, it is possible to separate hard
particles from the weak cell structure of potatoes, vegetables or fruit,
without major damage.
The HOEGGER separator has a patented separating-system. The
separation and mashing process is steady. Rapid adaptation to other
products is possible. The degree of separation and the resulting
quality in texture is adjustable through the choice of tooling plates and
product pressure.
