Description
Pass-through blancher by POLAR SYSTEMS LIMITED with a pass-through structure
it is made of stainless steel. Polar System used a modular working tape in the device
600 mm width. The tape works under a cover divided into three sections. The working tunnel cooperates with the steam supply slat.
The entire process in the blancher is monitored by two temperature probes.
The device drives an electric motor with speed regulation.
