Description

A set of METOS CULINO cooking kettles.
The set consists of two boilers with a capacity of 120 l + 80 l.
The boilers operate with a total power of 35.8 kW. (20kW + 15.8kW). The boilers are powered by low steam (up to 0.5 bar) and are also equipped with a steam generator. The boilers can operate independently despite being connected in line. They are controlled by a simple control panel. The device is made of stainless steel, which ensures easy cleaning and a high level of hygiene.
