Description

The Maass CM 276 (376) slicer is a fully automatic salmon cutting device.
The device cuts fillets 270 mm wide and 50 mm thick, thanks to which we obtain the best product. The temperature of frozen salmon should be between -6 ° C and -14 ° C. The cutting thickness is adjustable from 1.5mm to 5.0mm.
An additional advantage of the device is the possibility of adjusting the cutting angle: manually or automatically in the range from 3 to 35 degrees. The device is very efficient - it produces from 6.5 kg of product per minute.
