Description

The WILMEX sifter for flour and loose products perfectly cleans flour or any loose product from any contamination, and then gives it to a bowl or other device at a height of up to 5m. Simultaneously with screening, loosening and aeration takes place, which improves water absorption during mixing of the dough, fermentation conditions for semi-finished products and dough are improved, and thus the efficiency and quality of bread.
