Description
The SERVOTECH BC 200 bowl cutter is a device designed for medium and large meat industry companies. The bowl of the device has a capacity of 200 li. The whole is powered by a 45/52 kW motor. SERVOTECH BC 200 has a six-knife shaft that perfectly shreds the meat product. Thanks to the technology that has been installed, we can adjust the speed of rotation of the bowl, as well as the knife shaft. The cutter has an integrated loading and unloading of raw material. Everything is controlled by an egronomic panel with Mikster controller.
The designers of the device built them of stainless and acid-resistant materials, allowing easy access to components that require maintenance. The manufacturer provides a warranty for the device.
