Description
The poultry cutting line is used for cutting and filleting all types of poultry. It is characterized by a simple and ergonomic design that ensures easy cleaning. The principle of operation is based on the fact that the gutted carcasses are put on plastic cones mounted on hangers made of acid-resistant steel. The hangers bolted to the trolleys of the chain conveyor are additionally supported in the guides in order to maintain the stability of the set. The line speed is smoothly regulated and can be adapted to the individual needs and capabilities of the user. The length of the line depends on the required capacity (on the number of stations) as well as on the solution of the line route at the user. If you need to increase the capacity, the line can be easily expanded. An additional facilitation in the poultry cutting process, in the case of higher capacities, may be a belt conveyor under the dividing stations, onto which the cut elements fall. The conveyor picks up the falling elements and transports them off the line. The part of the conveyor outside the line is equipped with worktops. Employees collect elements from the belt and throw them into boxes or perform further division or cleaning. In this way, the elements that were thrown from the cutting line onto the belt and not directly into the boxes are selected.
