Description
It is an ideal machine for closing glass or plastic bottles and containers with the most varied closures .
Due to the possibility of quick replacement of the head or its accessories, Super Ermetica is suitable for ROPP nuts, tear-off caps, for plastic pressure caps, for plastic screw caps, etc.
The main feature of this machine is that the head is lowered onto the bottle by means of a device controlled by a low-voltage microswitch and only when the bottle to be screwed on is present.
By adjusting the height and using some accessories, you can close containers ranging from a miniature bottle to a 5 liter bottle.
The mechanical alignment is more than perfect as the machine body is made of cast iron and aluminum and the moving parts built into the oil bath box are mounted on bearings and secured with sealing rings.
The model with 2 motors allows you to independently change the number of rotations of the head depending on the falling speed. Particularly suitable for closing plastic screw caps.
