Description
The CKD Blansko K30 bowl cutter is designed for grinding meat products, it is intended for small and medium-sized companies in the meat industry. The device is driven by a 5.5 kW motor, it is equipped with a head with six knives. The bowl of the device has a capacity of 30 liters, it is possible to regulate the speed and rotation of the bowl. The device is controlled by analog buttons on the control panel. The machine is made of stainless steel and acid-resistant materials, which allows to maintain a high level of hygiene.
